02Process Analysis & Requirements Engineering

We analyze how work gets done today, from manual steps and handovers to system boundaries. In fit-gap workshops, we gather your requirements, map them to existing or new systems and design a clearer target process together with the people involved.
We then translate the target process into requirements and functional documentation that give your implementation team a shared foundation. Along the way, we show where AI or automation can add value.

03Proof of Concept & Rollout

We also implement AI automations and agents that take over recurring tasks. We then plan and coordinate the rollout across teams and locations, including cut-over planning and user preparation, and provide support after go-live until the handover to ongoing operations.
